When I submit my track, what happens?

When you submit your track on LabelRadar, you're taking an important step toward achieving your goals as an artist. It's a big moment, and we're here to support you every step of the way.

What happens next depends on the submission type you choose. If you choose the One To One submission, your track will be added to the list of submissions for the specific label/promoter you've chosen. This is the most popular submission type and the best option if you have labels you think will be interested in your track and you want to be in the best position to be heard. Your track will be sent straight to their 'My Submissions' queue on LabelRadar (screenshot below), ready for review.

We recommend taking a moment to check the genres they accept to make sure your track is a match for what they are looking for before you submit. This will increase your chances of having a positive outcome!

If you're a PRO user, your One To One submission will be placed at the top of the listen queue, giving you even greater visibility.

Once a label/promoter takes action on your submission, you will receive real-time notifications via your notifications feed on LabelRadar, updating you on the status of your submission. This means you'll know exactly when a label/promoter has listened to your track and taken action on it.

It's important to keep in mind that while response times can vary, we offer a 30-day credits guarantee. This means that if you haven't received a response to your One To One submission within 30 days, we will automatically refund the credits you used to make the submission.

If you choose One To Many, your track will be added to the 'General Submissions' pool, where any label/promoter on LabelRadar can discover it. This is the best option if you want to spread your wings and explore the wider ecosystem. Keep in mind that some larger labels receive so many One to One submissions that they don't routinely check the General Submissions pool.

Additionally, if a label/promoter likes your submission, they can start a chat with you in which you can confirm whether or not you'd like to mutually mark the track as signed. This can be a great opportunity to ask questions, negotiate, and get feedback on your music.

Finally, when submitting you have the option to include your track on LabelRadar's fan app, where fans can stream unreleased demos. Every swipe they make on the app gives labels more data to base their decision on. This is an optional feature, but it can be a great way to increase your exposure and give labels more information about your track.

Success in the music industry takes time, dedication, and a lot of hard work. LabelRadar is here to help you along the way, providing you with all the necessary tools to succeed in the music industry. So don't let a rejection get you down - keep improving your craft and keep submitting your music. Your goals are within reach, and we're here to help you make them a reality. Good luck with your submission!
