If I downgrade my PRO account, what happens, and how do I do it?

Firstly, thank you for being a part of the LabelRadar community as a PRO member! 💚 We appreciate your support and want to make sure you have all the information you need in case you decide to downgrade your account.

If you do decide to downgrade, please know that you will keep any credits you've received, and will continue to enjoy your PRO perks until the end of your billing cycle. After that, your account will be downgraded to a Lite membership, and you will lose access to the exclusive benefits of a PRO account.

Please note that when you downgrade to a Lite membership, your tracks will no longer be prioritized in the listen queue for labels, promoters, and opportunities you've submitted to.

If you decide to downgrade your PRO membership, the process is quick and easy. Simply go to your credits page (also known as 'Billing'), click on 'Manage Account' in the bottom right corner, then select 'Downgrade.' Follow the prompts provided to complete the process.
